Pvt Ltd Company Registration Fees

The registration fees for a private limited company in India can vary based on the authorized share capital of the company. As of my knowledge cutoff in September 2021, the registration fees for a private limited company are as follows:

1. Authorized Share Capital up to Rs. 1 lakh:
   • For the first Rs. 1,00,000 of authorized share capital: Rs. 2,000
2. Authorized Share Capital above Rs. 1 lakh and up to Rs. 5 lakhs:
   • For every Rs. 10,000 or part thereof of the authorized share capital beyond Rs. 1 lakh: Rs. 200
3. Authorized Share Capital above Rs. 5 lakhs and up to Rs. 50 lakhs:
   • For every Rs. 10,000 or part thereof of the authorized share capital beyond Rs. 5 lakhs: Rs. 100
4. Authorized Share Capital above Rs. 50 lakhs and up to Rs. 1 crore:
   • For every Rs. 10,000 or part thereof of the authorized share capital beyond Rs. 50 lakhs: Rs. 75
5. Authorized Share Capital above Rs. 1 crore:
   • For every Rs. 10,000 or part thereof of the authorized share capital beyond Rs. 1 crore: Rs. 50
